My daughter Rachel and her cousin Ashley made these cookies the other day. Very dangerous, so good that every time I would pass through the kitchen they would call my name (so loaded with creamy milk chocolate). This recipe does make a little bit smaller batch of cookies which is nice when you don’t want a lot hanging around tempting you. Still, there may have to be a rule as to how often they can be made!

3/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup milk chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°. Cream peanut butter, butter, sugar, and brown sugar. Add egg. Mix in flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix in milk chocolate chips. Scoop onto cookie sheet, press mini Reeses or Reeses Pieces on top if desired. Bake for 9-10 minutes. Let rest on cookie sheet for 5 minutes, then cool on cooling rack.
