Frosted Cinnamon Milk Chocolate Chip Cookies

So many chocolate chip cookie recipes and so little time!  I made these cookies and then Lindsay and I thought we would send them over the top with some frosting, cinnamon chocolate frosting.

Cookies:
1 cup butter, softened
1¼ cups brown sugar
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla
2¼ cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 (12 oz) pkg milk chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°.  In large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar.  Mix in egg and vanilla.  Mix in flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.  Add milk chocolate chips.  Drop by scoopful onto cookie sheet, bake for 9 minutes.

Frosting:
1/4 cup butter
2 cups powdered sugar
3 Tbl cocoa powder
3/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 Tbl milk

Whip together all ingredients with electric mixer.  May need to add more milk until frosting reaches a spreadable consistency. Frost each cookie, and enjoy.
