We have been spending a few days in a cabin up Parley’s Canyon in Utah. It is so beautiful and peaceful. We have been watching movies and playing games, so we need a treat, right? The cabin has a full kitchen but we didn’t want to spend a lot of time, so baking from scratch was out. Thanks to a picture on the internet, this is what we did…
Preheat oven to 350°. Mix chocolate chip cookie dough as directed on package. Press into a 9×13 sprayed pan. Place a layer of 24 Oreos on cookie dough layer. Mix brownie mix (9×13 Family Size mix) as directed on package, pour over Oreos. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until pick in center comes out clean. So yummy!
