Quick & Easy Lemon Bars

So easy and the perfect amount of lemon. It’s hard to believe that just two ingredients make something so good.

1 pkg 1-Step Angel Food Cake Mix

1 can (15 oz) Lemon Pie Filling

Preheat oven to 350°. Mix together cake mix and pie filling. Pour into greased 9″ x 13″ cake pan or jelly roll pan. Bake until top is very lightly browned and bars spring back to the touch, about 22-28 minutes. Cool and sprinkle with powered sugar.
