Every once in a while you gotta have a peanut butter chocolate fix, you know? This is an adaptation of a recipe from browneyedbaker.com, I used crunchy peanut butter because I love nuts and added Reese’s Minis for an even more intense peanut butter chocolate flavor. Oh, these are dangerous!
1 cup flour
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 (8oz) bag Reeses’s Peanut Butter Cups Minis
Preheat oven to 350°. Whisk together flour, oats, baking soda, and salt, set aside. In large bowl, cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, and egg. Add flour mixture and mix just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and Reese’s Minis. Drop scoops of dough onto baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes, or until cookies are barely golden.
